Puppet Suppliers
I have puppets from almost everyone of these companies.
Amaze Healing Wings (these puppets put my ministry in the hearts of the entire congregation!) These puppets are incredible. Kids & adults instantly fall in love with them. Do object lessons by putting things in their cloth hearts and have kids "check their hearts." With puppets and object lessons, your message will stick. If I could only own one puppet, he would be "Scruffy!"
Puppet Productions has closed down, however, a group of former employees have bought the rights to much of their catalog and have opened their own puppet supply company called Puppets Inc. We have a TON of PP puppets in my Children's Ministry, so I hope things work out for the start of Puppets Inc.
One Way Street ( A great source for all things puppet) From puppets, skits, music One Way street is your place. Most prices are quite competitive. Also great resource for Gospel Illusions! I've ordered several things from them, and have always had great service.
Arms Length Productions - If you want to try your hand at making puppets, they provide puppet building kits, complete with patterns and all the material you'll need for one puppet. Be sure you get the instructional videos, they're a must! Unfortunately, you they are no longer selling their ready-made puppets. However, I believe I have seen some of them carried at other sites. Good stuff here!
Children's Ministry.org - We've gotten several puppets from this company. Most of their puppets are full body puppets. They have 14 inch and 29 inch puppets. They also have some great animals puppets. You can't beat the price of these puppets. These puppets are a little more like dolls or vent puppets, but can add some very interesting and unusual characters to your lineup. Most have legs, but I've cut off the legs on some to make them easier to work with behind a stage.
Full Body Puppets - Check out this site if you are looking for a puppet resource site. You can find all types of puppets here from finger puppets, hand puppets, full body puppets and everything in between. I've not ordered from this site.
